Medical Sensors​

All medical products are considered to be prescription items which may only ship to hospitals or facilities in the U.S. that have a Medical License or have a local Medical Registration.

Teledyne accepts the following as proof of registration or license:

• FDA License: For production and distribution of medical devices in the US.
• DEA License: Allows health care providers to write prescriptions for controlled products.
• Local or State Health Care Registration: Issued by local or state health authorities.

​​Doctor’s License: Licensees are authorized to use prescription substances and write prescriptions for controlled substances.
